	Savage, Warren file, 1848, Edgecombe Co., estate records, 
CR.037.508.108, Nov. Ct. 1853, petition for dower by Rutha Savage, 
Warren died intestate and possessed of a tract of about 270 acres where 
he lived at the time of his death, and left the following children, his 
heirs at law, (Martha) married to William Bell, Lucinda and Jesse 
Savage who are of full age and William, Bythie, (Sun) Wilthy, and 
Calvin Savage infants of 12 years who are without guardian
