Dancy for petitioner, submitted to Nov Ct 1826. DOWER allotted to Elizabeth Waller, widow of by order of Nov Ct 1826, beginning at a white oak standing in Crooked Creek near the lower end of Josiah Penders dec’t plantation then up the various courses of said creek to three pines said Pender’s corner in the head of said creek then along the line of Henry Anderson, dec’d and said Waller’s line to Waller’s corner (stand) in the head of the middle prong of Dunbar Creek then along Waller’s line 87 ½ east to a pine in the first or outside prong of said creek then down the various courses thereof to a small gum said Waller’s corner then north 67 east 288 poles to a dogwood a corner standing in Lee’s line now Dances heirs then along a line of marked trees to the beginning, containing by survey 391 acres, including the dwelling house and out houses, where the dec’d most generally dwelt next before his death, 11 Jan 1827, signed Thomas Cromwell, (?
