Edge. Db 23, page 244, date of deed 1 Feb 1843, date recorded Feb Ct 1843, 
Benjamin Weaver estate to heirs; by order of Nov. Ct. 1842, commissioners 
divide lands of Benjamin Weaver, dec'd, containing 564 acres: 

Lot # 1 to Nathan Pitt in right of his wife, Emely containing 176 acres 
valued at $308, beginning at a small pine corner of # 2 in W.W. Weaver's 
line then west 229 poles to a stake in Merrit Joiner's line then along said 
line north 123 poles to a pine Joiner's corner then east 229 poles to a 
hickory John Land's corner then south 123 poles to the first station 

Lot # 2 to R.J.B. Weaver containing 215 acres valued at $399.75 and pays to
lot #3 $91.75 beginning at a small pine corner of lot # 1 then west 229 
poles to a stake Merrit Joiner's line then along said line south 40 poles 
to a pine then west 72 poles to a hickory then south 76 poles to a stake Wm. 
Adams corner then along his line east 152 poles to a stake then south 85 
east 76 poles to a hickory then south 83 east 70 poles to a pine then north 
132 poles to the first station

Lot # 3 to B.F. Weaver containing 173 acres valued at $316.35 and receives 
from lot # 2 beginning at a read oak corner of # 2 then south 6 west to a 
stake Beland's corner then north 77 west 70 poles to a hickory Hansel Wells' 
corner then north 5 east 39 1/2 poles to a pine then north 87 west 150 poles 
to a litewood stump Dawson Cobb's corner then north 10 east 70 ½ poles to a 
pine stump Wm. Adams' corner then south 87 1/2 east to the northwestern prong 
of Town Creek then down said creek crossing the rail road to a gum Wm. Adams 
corner then north 10 east 127 poles to a stake then south 85 east 76 poles 
to the first station, signed Wm. Adams, Wright W. Joyner, Zachariah Weaver.
