I, Hardy Webb, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but, 
considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, do make, declare and 
publish this my last will and testament.

First:  I direct that my funeral charges, an appropriate tombstone, the 
expense of administering my estate, and all my debts be paid out of my 
personal property.  If that be insufficient, I authorize my executor, 
hereinafter named, to sell so much of my real estate as may be necessary for 
that purpose.

Second:  In lieu of a dower to my wife, I devise and bequeath to her, during 
the term of her natural life all my real and personal property so long as she 
remains my widow, but if she shall marry again after my death, then and in 
that event it is my will that my entire estate both real and personal go to 
our two children Earl Webb and Mary Ella Webb, share and share alike.  

Third:  In the event of the death or remarriage of my wife Mary Webb it is my 
intent and will that all my property both real and personal go to our two 
children Early Webb and Mary Ella Webb, share and share alike.

Fourth:  I hereby constitute and appoint, if she be living at the time and 
unmarried, my wife Mary Webb my lawful executor, and if she be not living or 
remarried, I hereby appoint Earl Webb and Mary Ella Webb my executors, to all 
intents and purposes, to execute this my last will and testament, according to 
the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof, 
hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by 
me heretofore made.  

In Testimony Whereof, I, the said Hardy Webb, do hereunto set my hand and seal 
this the 30th day of November, 1925.

Signed, sealed,published and declared by the said Hardy Webb to be hs last 
will and testament in the presence of us, who at this request and in his 
presence, and in the presence of each other, do subscribe our names as 
witnesses thereto.
