	Wilkinson, Allen D. estate, (1826); PETITION to Nov 1826 Ct of 
Blake H Wiggins and his wife, Nancy Wiggins stating that Allen D. 
Wilkinson, the son of petitioner, Nancy departed this life in 1826, 
intestate and possessed of a large personal estate consisting of 
negroes, notes and money to the value of $10,000 or some other large 
sum leaving petitioner Nancy and Amanda Wiggins his distributees, 
petitioners ask court to appoint commissioners to make partition.  No 
record of division but Fred Jones, Danl Hopkins, Fred Hopkins, Fred 
Mayo, Allen Jones were appointed commissioners.  NCA file
