Vs.

ROBERT MAGINNIS and others

Petition to Sell Real Estate to Pay Debts

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendants, ROBERT 
MAGINNIS, BENJAMIN TIP, SOLOMON FULP and his wife, REBECCA FULP , are not 
residents of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication 
be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that 
unless the said non-resident Defendants appear at our next Court of Equity to 
be held for the County of Forsyth in the Court House at Salem on the 3nd 
Monday in June next then and there to plead, answer, or demur to this issue, 
judgment will be taken pro confesso against them and heard ex parte as to them.
