HEIRS AT LAW OF GEORGE DULL, SR., deceased (Kind of Petition not given) It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendants, HENRY BEAUGH and his wife, SARAH BEAUGH, JESSIE MORRIS and his wife, NANCY MORRIS, and GEORGE DULL, JR. , are not residents of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said non-resident Defendants appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Forsyth in the Court House at Salem on the 3nd Monday in December next then and there to plead, answer, or demur to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them and heard ex parte as to them.
