MICHAEL FULP Petition for Divorce It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant, MICHAEL FULP , is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro, that unless the said non-resident Defendants appear at our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Forsyth in the Court House at Salem on the 2nd Monday after the 4th Monday in September next then and there to plead, answer, or demur to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them and heard ex parte as to them.
