Oct. Term, 1849

HENRY HART

Vs.

NICHOLAS L. WILLIAMS, LAWRENCE L. WILLIAMS, JAMES J. B. WHITE and his wife, 
REBECCA WHITE; LEWIS L. WILLIAMS and JOSEPH WILLIAMS and his wife, MELINDA 
WILLIAMS.

Original Bill of Complaint and Injunction

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendants,  LAWRENCE 
L. WILLIAMS, JAMES J. B. WHITE and his wife, REBECCA WHITE; LEWIS L. WILLIAMS 
and JOSEPH WILLIAMS and his wife, MELINDA WILLIAMS,
are not residents of this State, it is therefore ordered by the Court that 
publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in 
Greensboro, that unless the said non-resident Defendants appear at our next 
Court of Equity to be held for the County of Forsyth in the Court House at 
Salem on the 2nd Monday after the 4th Monday in March next then and there to 
plead, answer, or demur to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso 
against them and heard ex parte as to them.
Witness, D. H. STARBUCK,  Clerk and Master of our Court, at office in Salem on 
the 22nd day of October A. D. 1849.
