Oct. Term, 1849


GEORGE F. WILSON and LEONARD CONRAD, administrators of DAVID REYNOLDS, 
deceased, MICHAEL DOUB and his wife, GRACE DOUB, REBECCA FREEMAN, EDWARD VOSS, 
WASHINGTON A. LANCASTER and his wife,  HARRIET C. LANCASTER, LYDIA ANNE VOSS 
and SARAH VOSS, under age, who sues by her brother and next friend, EDWARD VOSS

Vs.

WILLIAM VOSS, administrator of ANN REYNOLDS, deceased, JOSEPH DOUB 	and 
his wife, SUSAN DOUB, and SAMUEL F. REYNOLDS

Supplemental Bill

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant,  SAMUEL F. 
REYNOLDS, is not a resident of this State, it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro, that unless the said non-resident Defendants appear at 
our next Court of Equity to be held for the County of Forsyth in the Court 
House at Salem on the 2nd Monday after the 4th Monday in March next then and 
there to plead, answer, or demur to this issue, judgment will be taken pro 
confesso against them and heard ex parte as to them.

Witness, D. H. STARBUCK,  Clerk and Master of our Court, at office in Salem on 
the 22nd day of October A. D. 1849.
