The People's Press, May 17, 1888 
"DIED.  In this place, on Monday morning last [May 14], Mrs. Mary Russell, wife 
of John Wimmer, Sen[ior]., aged about 60 years.  The sympathies of the 
community are with the bereaved family."

Additional Comments:
The People's Press (Salem, North Carolina). May 17, 1888 (Thursday). Page 3, 
Column 4.  Mary Russell Cloud, daughter of Martin and Mary (Dickerson) Cloud, 
married John Marion Wimmer.  She was born April 5, 1828.  She was buried in 
Moravian Cemetery (God's Acre) in Old Salem, NC.
