A native of Winston-Salem, N.C. His Family resided in Indian Rocks Beach, Fl. before settling into the Tampa suburb of Bay Crest Park. Joel spent most of His life living in Town N' Country. Survivors: Sister and Brother-in-Law, Sandy and Shannon Kilpatrick and a Niece, Katelyn. He worked as a Prosthodontic Technician and traveled extensively before having health problems. Celebration of life at a later date. He had recently relocated to the East Coast of Fl. Beach Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Donations can be made to The Humane Society of Tampa, Fl. Winston-Salem, N.C. is located in Forsyth County, located mid-northern section of the State.
