JINKINS DEVANY, deceased, and MAJ. WILLIAM BRICKNESS, the securities for the guardianship of MARY WILLIAMS (now MARY DUKE), to the orphans of BENJAMIN WILLIAMS, late of Franklin County, deceased, that they are likely to suffer on account of such securityship; and the said MARY WILLIAMS having intermarried with a certain REPPS DUKE, now resident of the State of Georgia; it is ordered that publication for three weeks be made in the Minerva, be deemed sufficient notice to the defendants to appear and shew cause at the next Term, why an Order should not be made for the safety and indemnity of the said securities.
