FRANKLIN COUNTY      Sept. Term, 1807

THE HEIRS AND ADMINISTRATORS OF DRURY JONES, deceased 

Petition for Division

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that two of the defendants, 
SUGAR JONES and WARWICK DORREIL and his wife, POLLY, are not residents of this 
State. It is therefore ordered that publication be made for three weeks in the 
Minerva, that unless the said defendants appear, at the next Court of Pleas & 
Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Franklin at the Court House in 
Louisburg  on the 2nd Monday in December  next, and, answer  the Complainant’s 
petition, the same will be taken  pro confesso and judgment awarded 
accordingly.
