Court of Please and Quarter Sessions

Mary Trulove,
       vs
Samuel H. Jones, Thomas Trulove, Eppy Timberlake and
Sally his wife, Celia wife of ____Flowers, Nancy Scarver,            {Petition 
for Dower}
Betsey wife of Richard Jones and Ed. Jones.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Celia, wife of ____ Flowers,
Nancy Scarver, Betsey, wife of Richard Jones, and Ed. Jones, are not
inhabitants of this State:
It is ordered that publication be made in the Raleigh Register for three weeks,
that they personally appear at our next Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions
to be held for the County of Franklin, at the Court House in Lewisbur, on
the second Monday in June next, then and there to answer, please or demur,
or the petition will be taken pro confesso.
Witness, Smith Patterson, Clerk of our said Court, at office, the second
Monday of March, A. D. 1823
