Taylor Wood Tucker Esquires ----- December Court 1821 ----- Daniel Camp vs. Lewis LaySsard[?] } The defendant in this case having been surrendered by his bail in discharge of themselves and who thereupon was prayed into custody by the plaintiffs council and hence sent inot close prison and whereas the Council for the plaintiff in open Court admits notice for the defendant to take the benefit of the insolvent debtors oath the said defendant took the insolvent debtors oath accordingly in open Court and was thereupon discharged from further custody of the court- ----- The execution of a Deed from Archibald Yarbrough to Jeremiah Perry (fork) was acknowledged in open Court & on MOR ----- A Deed of Gift from Polly Perry to Winnifred Bledsoe was proven in open Court by the oath of Williamson Murphy & on MOR [end of page] December Court 1821 ----- That the said William recover of complainant his costs to wit attorneys fee &costs of notice & half continuances- and that complainants recover of the defendant Thomas B.
