Jones be appointed constable for the year 1822 who entered into Bond with George Blacknall, Elias Williams & Benjamin Perry his Securities- ----- No. 61 John Peace Senr. [the other copy says Jur.] vs. Jordan Denson} Debt- Jury charged to wit Same as in no 63 who find all the iSsues in favor of the defendant- ----- no. 65 William Murphy [other says Murphry] vs. Wynne & Patterson} Debt Jury charged to wit Same as in no. 63- who find [other says finds] that on the 10th November [Novr.] 1818 There was a payment of $475- that there is no other payment or set off that balance of principal [prinl.] is $380-65 and aSseSs damages for interest to $75-98 &costs ----- no. 66 Hinton & Brame aSsn.re[?] v.s Kinchen Bledsoe} Debt Jury Charged same as in no. 63- who find all there is nopayment or set off that the principal of the Bond declared on is $192.32 & aSseSs damages for Interest to $17-40 &costs ----- [this last entry no on other copy of this page] no. 67.
