FRANKLIN COUNTY     
June Term, 1809

WILLIAM MOSES
                
Vs.

MARY MOSES, JEPTHAH PERRY and SALLY, his wife, ALEXANDER COLELOUGH and POLLY, 
his wife, HENRY BURGER and NANCY, his wife, REDDICK MOSES, JOSIAH MOSES, 
FENNER MOSES and PRISCILLA MOSES

Petition for Division of real estate of ABRAHAM MOSES, deceased

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
JOSIAH MOSES, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered that 
publication be made for three weeks in the Minerva, that unless the said 
defendants appear, at the next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held 
for the County of Franklin at the Court House in Louisburg  on the 2nd Monday 
in September  next, and, answer  the Complainant’s petition, the same will be 
taken  pro confesso and judgment awarded accordingly.
