STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   FRANKLIN COUNTY COURT
June Term, 1807

ZACHARIAH SADLER and ELIZABETH, his wife
                
                             Vs.
JOHN TERRY and NANCY, his wife; DANIEL MABRY, JOHN RAILEY and MARY, his wife; 
SALLY MABRY and JESSIE MABRY, and PEGGY MABRY, alias SCURLOCK

The Complainants state that they together with the defendants in this case, 
are tenants in common of a tract of land situate in the County aforesaid, on 
the South side of the Tar River, adjoining the lands of JOHN GHOLSON and 
others; and pray that commissioners be appointed to lay off and a lot, etc. 
And it being represented to the Court that a part of the defendants, to wit, 
DANIEL MABRY, SALLY MABRY, JESSE MABRY and PEGGY MABRY, alias SCURLOCK are not 
residents. It is therefore ordered that publication be made for three weeks in 
the Minerva, that unless the defendants appear, answer, etc., at the next 
term, to wit, on the second Monday of September, the prayer of the petitioners 
will be granted.
