H. JOYNER, Adm'r and the Heirs At Law of DIXON SPIVEY, deceased -- Petition for division of slaves. It appearing to the satisfaction ofl the Court that EPHRAIM SPIVEY, ANTON SPIVEY, NANCY JORDAN and MARY WHITEBONE, four of the defendants in this cause, are non-residents of the State; it is therefore, on motion, ordered by the Coourt, that publication be made for six successive weeks in the North Carolina Standard, notifying said defendants to appear at the next Term of this Court, to be held at the Court House in Smithfield, on the 4th Monday of November next, then and there to answer, etc. Witness THOMAS D.
