Franklin County In the Superior Court
In the matter of the administration of the estate of Ambrose Upchurch, deceased
before BB Morsenbury, CSC.
W.G. Upchurch, being sworn, doth say: 
That Ambrose Upchurch, late of said County, is dead, without leaving any Will
and Testament, and that he is the proper person entitled to Letters of
Administration on the estate of the same Ambrose Upchurch.
Further, that the value of said real estate, so far as can be ascertained at the
date of this application, is about $200.00, and that W.G.Upchurch, Penina Green
wife of Trish Green, Jane Alford wife of Moses Alford, Franky Williams, Fanny
Brantley wife of Allan Brantley, Martha Carter wife of Fred Carter, Agnes
Phillips wife of L.B. Phillips, J.W. Upchurch, Walter Upchurch, Vance Upchurch.
James N. Upchurch, Charles Upchurch, Deline Upchurch, Lela Upchurch, Della wife
of Doll Gay are entitled as heirs and distributes thereof.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 2 day of July 1894.
