FRANKLIN COUNTY     
December Term, 1810

FANNY VINCENT, widow and relict of DAVID VINCENT, deceased
                
Vs.

THE HEIRS OF DAVID VINCENT

Petition for Dower

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, 
DRURY VINCENT, THEOPHILUS ROSS and RACHEL, his wife, DOUGLASS CAROLL and 
BETSEY, his wife, GEORGE RICHARDS and LYDIA, his wife, and EZEKIAL VINCENT are 
not residents of this State. It is therefore ordered that publication be made 
for three weeks in the Minerva, that unless the said defendants appear at the 
next Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of Franklin 
at the Court House in Louisburg  on the 2nd Monday in March  next, and, 
answer  the Complainant’s petition, the same will be taken  pro confesso as to 
him..
