NOTICE
BY VIRTUE OF A DEED IN TRUST EXECUTED TO ME
by SHEMUEL KEARNEY for certain purposes therein specified, I shall sell to the 
highest bidder at the residence of the said KEARNEY, on the 18th of March 
next, the following property: to wit: Six likely Negroes, two horses, stock of 
Cows and Horses; also, the tract of Land whereon the said KEARNEY now lves, 
near Franklinton; also the Store-House and Lot in Franklinton.
Terms made known on the day of sale.
