Dickerson The Standard of Raleigh, 29 Oct. 1862 DIED, in the hospital at Camp French, Prince George County, Va., near Petersburg, on the 6th ult. , of jaundice, NORFLEET DICKERSON, in the 27th year of his age. The deceased was a native of Franklin, N. C. He entered the service of his country as a soldier on the 24th of March past, at Camp Mangum, N.C. , near Raleigh, in the company of CAPT. R. R. S. LAWRENCE, of the 44th Regiment, N. C. T. (known as Franklin Guides to Freedom) to serve during the existing war. The deceased left a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
