Wm Perry family - No deaths on plantation

The following is a remarkable circumstance: Wm. Perry and his wife, now near 
eighty years of age, have lived on their Plantation in the county of Franklin, 
for 52 years or upwards, during which time there have been born upon the place 
between 30 and 40 children, who have mostly removed from thence and branched 
into different families and situations; and yet, remarkable as it may seem, it 
is nevertheless true that there has not been a death on the plantation in all 
this time, and all the children born upon the place are
still living.
