Thurs., March 30, 1809, Raleigh Minerva
   DIED, a few days ago, in Franklin County, MRS. JANE BLEDSO, at the advanced 
age of 92 years. Just before her death, she requested, that instead of the 
usual solemnity observed at funerals, a drum should beat and precede her 
corpse to the grave.
