Died

On Thursday morning the 23rd of January after a tedious and painful spell of 
illness, Mr. Bennett Hill of Franklin County. As a husband and father, he 
possessed all the tender and domestic virtues. As a friend and neighbour, he 
conciliated the most sincere attachment by his candour, frankness and 
benevolence. As a man, his conduct was governed by that uprightness of 
judgment which condemns the meaness of cunning, the impolity of fraud, and 
which dictates an inflexible integrety. He has left a desconsolate widow and 
six children to lament the loss
