Died

On the 22d ult. at the house of James Hervey, Esq. in Franklin County, James 
M'Collester, Esq. who with his lady was on a journey from Wilmington to 
Winchester in Virginia. Mrs. M'Collester was brought to bed of her first child 
(a daughter) only ten days before this sorrowful event, which leaves her to 
deplore the loss of an amiable man, and the best of husbands
