Strickland Funeral Home
Zelda Privette Mitchell was born August 4, 1928, daughter of the late Lumas 
Elmer Privette and Elsie Strickland Privette. She died October 19, 2007 in Wake 
County, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar J Mitchell
son, Lanny Mitchell, granddaughter, Amy Mitchell, and brother, Kendall 
Privette. She is buried at Pearce Baptist Church cemetery.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Yvonne Mitchell, Eddie 
and Angela Mitchell, and Pat Mitchell; brother, Ainsworth Privette and wife, 
Elsie of Zebulon, grandchildren and spouses; Anthony and Shirley Mitchell, 
Shannon Ormsby, Jason and Jennifer Mitchell, Jennifer Mitchell and Ron Wheeler, 
David Mitchell, Skye Mitchell, and Cody Mitchell    

Additional Comments:
Zelda was retired from Siemens, where she was cafeteria manager,
