Geraldine Stallings "Gerry" Moore, 88, died 16 Aug 2008. She was born 3 Jun 1920
in Franklin County (Pilot Community) to the late William Millard Stallings and 
Hattie Williams. She graduated from Wakelon High School and received her 
nurse's training at Westbrook Sanatorium in Richmond, Va. She was a member of 
Eastfield Baptist Church in Mesquite, Tx and a former member of Tabernacle 
Baptist Church in Raleigh. She was an LPN in private duty nursing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce 
Moore.

Surviving: daughter, Connie Pierce Draughon of Mesquite, Tx;
           granddaughters, Angela D Preston (Ed) of Mesquite, Tx and
           Leslie D Rodgers of New York City, NY;
           great-granddaughter, Tatjana Preston;
           sisters, Mildred Campbell of Raleigh and Jackie Stallings of Pilot;
           brother, Wallace Stallings and wife, Torchie of Pilot.

Funeral services were held 22 Aug 2008 at Pilot Baptist Church and she was 
buried in the Stallings Family Cemetery.
