Thurs., Jan. 28, 1808, Raleigh Minerva

DIED, in Franklin County, on the 13th instant, MRS. ALICE PERSON, wife of MR. 
WILLIAM PERSON of that County. This lady suffered much bodily affliction for 
several years, and in the time underwent an amputation; having one of her legs 
taken off. She has left a disconsolate husband and two little daughters to 
deplore their loss.
