Strickland Funeral Home
Cameron M Stallings, born September 23, 1923 in Franklin County, NC. He was the 
son of the late John and Lillie Cowan Stallings. He died October 26, 2008 in 
Wake County. Entombment at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Zebulon. 

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 55 years, Inez Bobbitt Stallings; 
sister, LaRosa Liner; and brother John Stallings.

He is survived by his wife of 4 years, Betty Upchurch Stallings; daughter and 
son-in-law, Gayle and Denny Jenkins; grandsons, Chris and Ryan Jenkins of 
Knightdale; and sister, Beryl Wood of Louisburg.   

Additional Comments:
He attended Louisburg College and was a World War II veteran. He was a retired 
farmer, owner of Alignment Services and Interstate Coatings of Wilson. He was a 
realtor with Parrish Realty in Knightdale, and founder of Imagination Station 
in Wilson. He was a lifelong member of Pilot Baptist Church, a deacon and 
Sunday school teacher. He was a mason for 60 years and was a member of 
Whitestone Lodge #155.
