Robert Alton "Bus" Tant, Sr was born 17 Apr 1926 to the late Zebulon Vance Tant 
and Minnie Eva Strickland. He died 15 Nov 2011 and is buried at Pine Ridge Baptist 
Church Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Privette Tant; 
daughter, Linda Tant Moose; siblings, Herman Gray, Floyd and Leonard Tant, Minnie 
B Clark, Iva Lee Garris and Elizabeth Pridgen. He is survived by his children 
Robert Alton "Bobby" Tant, Jr of Spring Hope, Darlene T Perry (Elgin) of 
Youngsville and Brenda T Perry of Momeyer; grandchildren, Robbie Moose, Billy, 
Robert E, Wayne, Dylan and Jenna Perry.

Additional Comments:
"Bus" was a people person, he never met a stranger. He ran a small country store 
for many years and he had many friends. He loved his family and he was very proud 
of his children and grandchildren.
