Strickland Funeral Home September 2010
Jerry Wayne Upchurch, 71, died 10 Sep 2010. He was born 17 Jul 1939 in Franklin 
County to Junie Greason Upchurch (9 Nov 1918 - 4 Feb 1999) and Rosa Gay 
Stallings (23 Jan 1918 - 20 Aug 1990). He was retired from the State of 
Virginia. 

Surviving; daughter, Theresa Upchurch of Zebulon; sons, Bobby Upchurch of 
Raleigh and Michael Upchurch of Charlotte; sister, Betty Privette of Zebulon; 
brother, Frederick Upchurch of Suffolk, Virginia; and grandchildren, James, 
Brittany, Drake and Nathaniel.

Graveside service was held at Pearce's Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers the family requested memorial contributions be made to 
Amedisys Hospice in Garner, NC.
