Franklin County

Whereas I, Parham Jeans of the county and State of North Carolina will my real 
and personal estate to Emily Jeans, my aforesaid wife as long as she lives 
after her deceased, all of my real and personal estate of equally divided 
between Loran Jean and Sally M Jeans after given to Gilford Jean one dollare 
and to Athy Jean one dollar and at the decease of Loran James Jean and Sally M 
Jean then to there nearest heirs, and that Burwell Baker shall act as executor 
on the above will, witness my hand and seal this the 12th day of January 1883
