Bunn Calier@aol.com ==================================================================== Will of Margret (Robertson) Bunn Wife of Malachi Bunn In the name of God, amen, I Margret Bunn of the county of Franklin, State of North Carolina, being weak in body and of sound mine, memory and understanding, Praise to God for the same, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give devise and bequeth unto Eliza Bunn, my dwelling house and Ten acres of land around it and I give to Charlotte Evans eight acres of land around Bettie Bunn hose next to J. W. Morgan line and Ten Dollars in money and give to my Daughter Annie Bisset five Dollars in money for her share in my estate and all the rest of my Property eqally divided betwen J. D. Bunn, Bettie Bunn, C. H. Bunn, J. C. Bunn, Roena Wheeler, Rosa Upchurch. This my last will and testament hereby revoking and Making void all and every other will or wills at any time heretofore made by me and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament in witness where off, I, the said Margret Bunn have hereunto set my hand this 10 day of April 1900. her Margret x Bunn mark Signed, declared and Published by the above name Margret Bunn as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her Presence have subscribed our names as witness thereto: W.
