Franklin County – In the Superior Court.

In the Matter of the Administration of the Estate of Candace Upchurch, deceased
before W.K. Williams, C.S.C.
Atha Jeans, being sworn, doth say:
That Candace Upchurch, late of said County, is dead, without leaving any will
and Testament, and that J.R. Weathersby is a fit person to Letters of
Administration on the estate of the said Candace Upchurch.
Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date
of this application, is about real estate 50 acres worth about $250.00 and that
A. Della Gay is entitled as heir and distributes thereof.

Sworn to and subscribed before me this 23rd day of August, 1901
