    September 24, 1916 at Salsborry N.C.
George R. Hooker was Born June 30, 1897.
Ollie May Stafford was Born January 19, 1901.
William Earl Hooker was Born June 10, 1917. Died June 16, 1917.
Huron Edward Hooker was Born October 22, 1920 died the same day.
Pattie Martha Hooker was Born December 3, 1922
George R. Hooker 3th was Born September 4, 1924
Helen Clearine Hooker was Born November 10, 1927
Jack Hindrix Hooker was Born April 19, 1931

George R. Hooker Jr died September 24, 1930.

Per the submitter's personal knowledge and/or research, the following 
corrections and additions are made to the spelling of names and of the 
marriage location:
George R. Hooker Jr's full name was George Riley Hooker Jr.
Ollie May Stafford's middle name "May" was changed on official documents 
with the spelling "Mae".
They were married in Salisbury, Rowan Co NC at the Baptist Parsonage by 
Charles F. Thomas, Minister; note that Ollie's name on this marriage 
certificate is listed as "Ollie Milstead" not "Stafford" as it should 
have been. "Milstead" is Ollie's mother's maiden name which Ollie was 
apparently using at the time of her marriage.
Huron was named for the ship that George Riley Hooker Jr. traveled on 
either going to Europe during his military service during World War I, 
or coming home from overseas after the war.
Son George R. Hooker "3th" should read George Riley Hooker III
Helen "Clearine" Hooker should read Helen Clarine Hooker
Jack "Hindrix" Hooker should read Jack Hendrix Hooker.  He was born 
postumously.
George Riley Hooker Jr. died from the effects of being gassed with 
mustard gas by the enemy during World War I.
