M Carson AS Bradley & Edward Whitesides freeholders are appointed Commissioners to lay off and appropriate One years maintenance to Mary A Weir Widow of Alex Weir Esqr Decd and her family one years maintenance We having met at the late residence of said decd &first being duly sworn proceded to lay off as follows viz. Forty bushel of wheat Five hogs her choice & one black heifer for beef & eight cow her choice for twelve months Each to be sold under that incumberance Two hundred & Twenty five bushels of corn all the Roughness on the home Place & Five hundred bundles of foder from the Gill place all the potatoes on hand all the cotton on hand all the Poultry on hand one side of leather at Wm Weers Tan yard & one side at Daniel Fronebargers Tan yard all the wool, all the yarn & cloth on hand all the Tallow on hand what dried peaches is on hand & Six bushels of dried Apples what Salt is on hand and for lack of Salt Coffee Sugar Rice Molasses Spice Pepper Ginger Soda We allow One hundred & twenty five dollars Given under our hands & Seals this 12th day of Nov AD 1862 Ezra B Wilson JP {Seal} A.S.
