Written: October 5, 1829

North Carolina
Lincoln County  October Fifth 1829
I, Mary Glenn, late widow and relict of John Glenn deceased,  do by these 
presents give up to Thomas Holland Executor of said John Glenn decd two Negro 
children
Boys about four months old which said children was born since the death of 
said Glenn by my Negro woman and as it appears that said children will fall 
into the Estate of said Glen at my death therefore I relinquish all claims to 
said two small Negroes now giving under my hand and seal the day and year 
above written
