Enlisted: New Orleans, La., August 16, 1918.
Died: U. S. S. Herman Frasch, October 4, 1918.
Cause: Killed when vessel was sunk in collision.
Next of kin: Sister, Mrs. Clara Burgin, 1412 East Airline Avenue, Gastonia, N. C.
