                            EXECUTOR'S SALE
   WILL BE SOLD
   AT PUBLIC SALE ON THURSDAY, THE 7TH OF JAN. 1808, AGREEABLE TO THE LAST 
WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEN. LAWRENCE BAKER, DEC'D, on the premises, Two Tracts 
of Land, the property of the deceased, lying on the east side of Bennett's 
Creek, and known by the GIBSON'S tract, containing 238 acres, well timbered, 
fertile land, supposed to be equal to any in the County of Gates for the 
production of corn -- The other known by the name of the WEBB tract, 
containing 500 acres; on this there are no improvements. No further 
description is requisite as no person would purchase without reviewing the 
premises. One, two, or three years credit will be allowed the purchaser, the 
second and third payments bearing interest from Jan. 7th, 1809. Bonds with two 
securities, with mortgage on the Land will be required by 
                             JOHN BAKER, EX'R.
