                             Executor's Notice
   NOTICE, the Subscriber having administered on the estate of BENJAMIN 
GORDON, dec'd. of Gates County, at May Term, 1818, earnestly requests all 
those indebted to said estate to make immediate payment; and all those having 
claims against the same to bring them forward properly attested for settlement 
within the time prescribed by law, or this notice will be plead in bar of 
their recovery.
