THE ADM'R of NOAH HARRELL
JAMES LASSITER VS. SAME
WM. PARKER VS. SAME
       vs.
BENJAMIN NEWSON

Judgment by default, attachments returned in each case levied on the lands of 
the Defendant

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the Defendant, BENJAMIN 
NEWSON, in the three above named suits resides beyond the limits of this 
State: It is ordered that three months notice be given him in The Edenton 
Gazette that unless he appear at the next term of this Court and plead, answer 
or demur, final judgment will be entered up against him.
