                         COURT DECREED SALE
   Pursuant to a decree of the Court of Law and Equity for Gates County at 
Spring Term, will be sold at Gates County Court-House, on the 18th of July 
next: Two tracts or parcels of Land, situated in said County belonging to the 
Heirs of ELISHA HARRELL, deceased. One of which said tracts of land is bounded 
by land of RICHARD ODOM and others and the other is bound by the lands of 
JAMES PILAND and JOHN WORRELL and others, containing by estimation 100 acres. 
Said lands are tolerably well improved. One and two years credit will be 
allowed the purchaser on giving bond with approved security.
