Original Attachment Levied on land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant James 
Washington is not a resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Edenton Gazette 
notifying James Washington to appear at our next Court at the Court House in 
Gates on the 3rd Monday at February next and replevy to this issue or judgment 
will be entered against him.
