Vs.
Mills Riddick, admr of Job Riddick, dec'd; William Sanders and wife Leah; 
Miliant Perry, Mary Goodman, Robert Riddick, and Thomas and Mary Riddick by 
their guardian Thomas Riddick.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that William Sanders and wife, 
two of the defendants in this cause are not inhabitants of this State; it is 
therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three months in 
the Edenton Gazette admonishing the said William Sanders and wife to make 
their personal appearance at our next Court of Equity at the Court House in 
Gates on the 4th Monday in March next and plead, answer or demur to the 
complainants bell or be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
Witness Mills Riddick, Clerk and Master of the said Court at office on the 1st 
Monday after the fourth Monday in September 1826.
