Original attachment levied on Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Philip Lewis is not a 
resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication 
be made for two months in the Edenton Gazette that unless the said Philip 
Lewis appear at our next Court at the Court House in Gates on the third Monday 
in August next and replevie or to issue final judgment will be entered up 
against him.
