                   EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   All persons indebted to the estate of HENRY E. SEARS, deceased, late of the 
County of Gates, are requested to make immediate payment, and those who have 
claims or demands against said estate are requested to bring them forward for 
payment, within the time limited by law, or they will be barred by Act of 
Assembly for such cases made and provided; as the act will be plead in bar to 
them, if not brought within proper time.
