                         COURT DECREED SALE
  NOTICE, on Saturday, the 25th day of June next, will be sold at Gates Court 
House, by virtue of a decree of the Court of Chancery for Chowan County, at 
last April Term, a Tract of Land in Gates County belonging to JEREMIAH 
SPEIGHT. Six, twelve and eighteen months credit will be given the purchaser 
giving bond with two or more good and sufficient securities to:
